The more you tell us about what the roof is doing, the better the first visit goes. A water stain size, which room, whether it shows up only in wind-driven rain. That sort of thing.

Before you call about hail damage
Three minutes on the ground saves a wasted afternoon. None of this needs a ladder. Stay off the roof.
Look in the gutters and at the bottom of the downspouts. A handful of gray-black granules after a storm on a roof under ten years old is worth a hail damage roof inspection. A gutter that has collected granules for a decade is just an old roof losing its coating, which is a different conversation.
Check the soft metal. Dents on the AC condenser fins, the mailbox, the ridge vent you can see from the street. If hail marked the aluminum, it hit the shingles too.
Inside, look at the ceilings under bathrooms and where two roof planes meet. A brown ring the size of a plate under a vent pipe is almost always the pipe boot, not the storm.
If you already filed a claim, put the claim number and the adjuster's visit date in the box above. We can be on the roof when the adjuster is. If you have not filed, have the inspection first; you will know whether there is anything to file for.
Want to see what replacement or repair actually involves before anyone comes out? The roofing page lists every service with what the price covers. Who turns up and how the day runs is on the about page.
One thing we will not do: send someone to your door uninvited after a storm. If a stranger knocks the morning after hail and offers a free roof, that was not us.
Rather talk it through?
Ring the office. Tell us the address and what the roof is doing, and we book the free inspection on the phone.
